1. Return Application Period
Valid return requests need to be submitted within 14 calendar days after customers receive ordered goods. Applications beyond the stipulated time will not be accepted normally.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
Products applied for return shall keep original sealed package intact, without usage traces, damage, stain or fragrance loss. Unqualified goods cannot proceed return process.
3. Non-Returnable Scope
Opened, used or damaged personal fragrance and skin care products are excluded from return service. Custom selected trial sets also do not support return application.
4. Refund Processing Time
After receiving and verifying returned goods, formal refund arrangement will be finished within 10 working days. Fund will be returned via original payment way automatically.
5. Shipping Cost Regulation
Freight expense caused by personal preference return shall be undertaken by customers. We bear relevant delivery cost for goods with inherent quality defects.
6. Exchange Service Rules
Good exchange demand shall follow the same time limit and goods integrity standard. One order only supports one exchange application within valid period.
7. Policy Adjustment Instruction
The company reserves the right to adjust return and refund clauses. Updated rules take effect right after being displayed on official page.
