1. Order Processing Time
Confirmed orders will be arranged for packing and dispatch within 3 working days. Orders submitted on holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time Range
Domestic delivery generally takes 3 to 7 working days. Overseas delivery may take 7 to 15 working days due to distance and customs formalities.
3. Shipping Fee Standard
Delivery charge varies according to product weight, size and delivery destination. Relevant expense will be clearly displayed before final order submission.
4. Delivery Address Rules
Customers shall fill in accurate and complete receiving information. Address modification request is not acceptable after goods leave our warehouse.
5. Goods Packaging Protection
All fragrance products are packed with shockproof and sealed materials to avoid damage, leakage and fragrance loss during transportation.
6. Abnormal Delivery Handling
For lost or damaged goods during transit, valid feedback should be submitted within 7 days after expected arrival date for follow-up settlement.
